I'm having a problem be able to delete a node from inside a larger node. I can't even selected it, the outside box doesn't turn red.

Do you mean you are trying to edit a "node group" (the one who's icon in the project tree is blue) but you can't select the nodes? Does closing the file tab and opening it again fix it? I'm not really sure what you mean, and I can't reproduce it, I'm able to select and delete nodes on Agents or Node Groups.
If it's something like you can't select a node, something probably went out of sync on the document editor, like it thinks there's a key held down that's not because it missed a key event or something. Things like that happen to me every so often and closing and opening the file again always fixes it. Is it something like that?

Sorry I keep getting the agent & node mixed up. I have a couple of node that I can't select or do anything with.
I will Zip the project and send it to you.

I still have 1 node that I can not select or delete.
It's an and gate inside of the Contactor control node group up the top by itself with nothing connected to it anymore.
