Color chart. I propose to change the color of the blocks in the program . He can blend in with the top or bottom of the range . Or do I have poor eyesight :)

Memory Control .
It will be good to have a set of customization possibilities to see how much memory is being used .

Good to have a graphics monitor the state of inputs and outputs of the controller. It is convenient to have a vision, what happens to the controller port .

Thanks for the suggestions keep them coming. I agree about the memory estimate, that's definitely needed.
For the monitor do you mean a list of pins and their values? I've played with serial monitoring but didn't like what I came up with. Before there's a feature for it you can make an agent with the values you want and connect the actual values to it.
