Hello. So, sometimes when i create a commom group of nodes with a lot of conections that are cross-connected and simulate, it reponds ok. But when i save it, close, and drag him to use in other agent, it doesnt work the way it was supposed to work. When i get back to the commom node screen, it has a random extra connection in any block that i didn't put. It sometimes occurs, and sometimes don't.
Also, sometimes when creating custom nodes into other agent, then setting the custom node to output a trigger, it sometimes doen't trigger in other agent.
My guess for the first is that, may something in the parser for the nodes could be adding some extra info.
For the second, I have the impression that sometimes the embrio don't update all nodes references and parse them toguether with an invalid function update time in arduino code. Maybe this can be the reason why somethimes even if the simulation works, in arduino it doesn't. I'll try to simulate again thes bugs and share the project with you. Thanks

Thanks for the report. I haven't seen either of these issues but I'll look more into it. If you could find a way to reproduce it that would be very helpful, maybe copy and paste the offending node group or send me the project.
